The amazing sea views from my Twin Room with Sea View took my breath away every morning. I loved the unique sun lounger reservation system that allowed me to secure my spot by the pool for my entire stay without any stress. The attentive dining room staff ensured I had a awesome breakfast every day, especially enjoying the chef's delicious omelette.

Nice staff, magnificent views of the bay, everything is perfect. Have a drink at the outdoor bar. The hotel provides an excellent service. Besides, guests can park cars on-site. Thank you for a quite comfortable stay.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to majorca, Cala Ratjada and the beach, shops and restaurants.

Amazing stay with fantastic food!

I just returned from a wonderful 8-night stay, and I was really impressed by the quality of the food, well-stocked and offered plenty of delicious options. The relaxed atmosphere added to the enjoyment, especially with live music, made our evenings nice. I found the pool sunbed policy a bit confusing. Clearer communication would help future guests. I'm looking forward to coming back!

Delightful hotel with free and PARTICULARLY GOOD location just next door to the beach, shops and restaurants, two great beach bars overlooking the sea and Castell Royal. Spotless rooms with comfy beds and wake-up service.

There were no drawbacks.

The beach access was amazing! 🌊 The staff were super attentive, and the food had a great variety. One downside is the extra charges for sunbeds. we had a lovely time!

Seven nights at Castell Royal were filled with mixed experiences. The location was fantastic, with fine sea views from my room on the 6th floor. The beach was close and not overcrowded, perfect for relaxation. The food options were varied and delicious, especially the breakfast that was always well-stocked. I relished the peaceful atmosphere. The mattress was too firm for my liking, causing some discomfort during sleep. The sunbed reservation system at the pool left much to be desired. It seemed inefficient, and it was disappointing to pay extra for sunbeds on top of our holiday cost. Communication barriers with some staff, as they predominantly spoke German, occasionally made requests challenging. Overall, the beautiful scenery and tasty food were good, despite some inconveniences.

Poolside snack bar was great, but the Wi-Fi was a bit slow during peak hours.

This was my first time in the area, and the ocean view from my twin room exceeded all my previous experiences. The staff was helpful, and the fresh breakfast options made every morning a delight.

The Castell has a fine sea view and a location right on the beautiful beach of Canyamel. The pool area is good and the food, especially the buffet with freshly cooked options . The staff were great too ensure a relaxing experience, providing excellent service and a cute atmosphere throughout my stay.

I found the extra charges for sunbeds a bit frustrating, especially since we already paid a chunk for the holiday. The beds in the room were excessively firm, causing some discomfort during sleep, and I noted that the TV didn't offer any English channels, which limited entertainment options. Communication was sometimes tricky, as many staff primarily spoke German or Spanish, which led to misunderstandings in requests. While the stay had its ups, these nuisances put a damper on the experience.
